- The display turns off to save power; a button press wakes it. On the clock face, hold the top-left button for 2 seconds to keep it lit. This uses more battery.

The Kepler Watch module for your own OLED and Bluetooth mod of the Casio F-91W: it replaces the original Casio module 593 with a Bluetooth main board and the OLED display already connected, loaded with firmware 3.3.0.
Clock, stopwatch with laps, interval timer, five alarms, flashlight, notifications, music control, weather and an image screen. Ten screens enabled at the factory; add the forecast and three counters in the app. Sound uses the piezo in your F-91W case back; the module's contact must touch it.

You supply
A complete Casio F-91W donor watch, a CR2016 coin cell and small hand tools. The battery clamp and battery contact carry over from the original movement. Case, strap and coin cell are not included. The assembly guide takes you through the conversion; handle the display flex gently.
Setup is documented with the free Kepler Gadgetbridge fork for Android. Download and setup are on the app page. Notifications show the app and sender, not the message text.
The conversion means the original water resistance is no longer guaranteed: keep it dry. Firmware updates need a programming adapter; there are no Bluetooth firmware updates.
