Shipping & delivery

Kepler Watch ships from Munich to addresses in the European Union, currently not to Luxembourg or Cyprus.

When your order ships

Every watch and module is assembled, flashed and tested by hand. We ship once a week: your order leaves by the Saturday after we receive it at the latest. Seller and shipper is ZAM Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schellingstraße 87, 80799 München, Germany. If shipping is ever delayed, we will email you beforehand.

Shipping costs

• Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Italy: €6.99
• Greece: €10.99
• Other EU countries (except Luxembourg and Cyprus): €12.99
• Free shipping on orders from €200

Delivery time after dispatch

• Germany: usually 2–4 working days
• Rest of the EU: usually 5–8 working days

Every parcel is shipped with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you will get a shipping confirmation with the tracking link by email.

We do not currently deliver to Luxembourg, Cyprus or countries outside the European Union. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
